Destination weddings, without managing everyone's travel
We handle guest room blocks, bookings, flights and transfers — in English and Spanish — while the resort's wedding team handles the ceremony.
A destination wedding is two projects: the ceremony, and getting fifty people to the same beach on the same weekend. The resort's wedding coordinator handles the first. We handle the second — the room block, guest bookings, flights, transfers and the honeymoon — in English and Spanish, so both families are taken care of.
Where couples from Florida get married
- Cancún & Riviera Maya: Short flights from Florida, a huge range of resorts with wedding gazebos, beach ceremonies and event teams.
- Punta Cana: Long beaches, large resorts that are easy for big guest lists.
- Jamaica & other islands: Smaller, more intimate options.
- On a cruise: Some lines offer ceremonies on board on embarkation day in the home port, or at sea; guests sail together afterwards. Options vary by line and ship.

Room blocks, explained
A room block holds a set of rooms for your guests at the resort for your dates. Guests book and pay for their own rooms, directly to the supplier or through our host agency, WorldVia Travel Network. Some resorts offer wedding perks or included packages when the group reaches a minimum number of rooms or nights — every resort's terms are different, so we compare them for you before you sign anything.
Legal or symbolic ceremony?
Legal requirements for marrying abroad vary by country and change over time, and can include documents, translations and waiting periods. Many couples marry legally at home and have a symbolic ceremony at the destination. The resort's coordinator will tell you exactly what's required there.
Timeline
12–18 months: choose destination and resort, request the block · 9–12 months: save-the-dates with the booking link · 6 months: most guests booked · 90–120 days: final payments (varies) · 30 days: arrival list, transfers and welcome details.
Questions before a destination wedding
Do guests have to stay at the same resort?
Usually yes, if they want to attend the ceremony and reception — many resorts charge day passes to outside guests.
What if guests book on their own online?
They might not count toward your block or perks. Sharing your booking link avoids that.
Can you plan the honeymoon too?
Yes — at the same resort after the guests leave, or somewhere new.
Do you plan the ceremony?
No — the resort’s wedding team does. We plan everything about the travel.
Ready to plan the wedding trip?
Share your date window, guest count and where you are thinking of marrying. We will compare resorts and room blocks and help guests book on the same dates.
