Quinceañera trips, planned around her
More families are celebrating fifteen with a trip — a cruise with cousins, a beach week, or Disney with the whole family. We plan the travel in English or Spanish.
More families are celebrating fifteen with a trip instead of — or after — a big party: a cruise with cousins and friends, a week at an all-inclusive, or Disney with the whole family. We plan the travel in English or Spanish, so grandparents, parents and the quinceañera all know what's happening.
Three ways to celebrate
Quinceañera cruise.
Everyone on the same ship, dinners together, a formal night for the dress and the photos, and ports in the Bahamas or the Caribbean. Short 3–5 night sailings from Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Port Canaveral are the most popular.
All-inclusive resort.
A beach week in Cancún, the Riviera Maya or Punta Cana. Resorts can help with a private dinner, a photo session on the beach or a small event space (arranged with the resort).
Disney or Universal.
The quinceañera and her friends in the parks, family at the hotel pool, one celebration dinner. Works especially well for smaller groups.
What we take care of
Cabins or rooms for the family and guests · one date window everyone can use · who shares with whom · flights for relatives coming from other states or countries · transfers · celebration dinner reservations · photo sessions and excursions when part of the plan · reminders for deposits and documents · everything in English and Spanish.
Good to know before you plan
- Age rules on cruises: Most cruise lines require at least one guest 21 or older in each cabin. Teen friends need an adult in their cabin or a connecting one.
- Minors traveling without both parents should carry a notarized consent letter from the parent(s) not traveling. We send you a template.
- Documents: For international resorts everyone needs a passport. For closed-loop cruises, U.S. citizens may use other documents, but passports are recommended. Non-U.S. citizens: see our green card guide. Traveling with a green card or foreign passport.
- The event itself (photographer, DJ, decorations, damas and chambelanes choreography) is contracted by the family with the resort or a vendor. We coordinate the travel around it.
- Book early: 12–18 months ahead for school-break dates.
How it works
- Tell us the date (or month), how many guests and the style: cruise, resort or parks.
- We send 2–3 options with what each includes and the tradeoffs.
- Each family books and pays its own cabin or room directly to the supplier or through WorldVia; we keep the list.
- We confirm the celebration details and send the final itinerary to everyone.
Questions before a quinceañera trip
Can we have a private party on a cruise?
It depends on the cruise line, the ship and the size of the group. Some offer private spaces or group dinners; we ask the line for your sailing.
Can she wear her quinceañera dress on board?
Yes — formal or “dress up” nights are the usual moment for the dress and photos.
Is a cruise cheaper than a party?
It depends on the size of the guest list. A cruise moves the budget from a venue to the trip itself, and each family pays its own cabin.
Can friends come without their parents?
Yes, if they share a cabin with an adult 21+ and carry a notarized permission letter.
Ready to plan the quinceañera trip?
Tell us the date window, who is traveling and whether you are picturing a cruise, a resort or the parks. We will compare options and keep the group on one itinerary.
