1. Who we are. Angeli Travel is the brand of Angeli Travel LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). We plan and book travel on your behalf as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as cruise lines, hotels, resorts, theme parks, airlines, tour operators and insurers. Angeli Travel is an independent affiliate of WorldVia Travel Network. Seller of Travel TI152005.
2. Quotes and bookings. Information on this website is general and is not an offer. Prices, availability and inclusions are confirmed by the supplier at the time of booking and may change until a deposit or payment is accepted. A booking exists only after you approve a written quote and the supplier confirms it.
3. Payments. Deposits and final payments follow each supplier's schedule and are charged directly by the supplier or by our host agency, WorldVia Travel Network. We never accept cash. Any check must be made payable to WorldVia Travel Network, not to Angeli Travel or an individual.
4. Supplier terms. Each supplier's own terms and conditions (including cancellation, change, refund, health and conduct rules) apply to your booking and form part of your contract with that supplier. We will share them or tell you where to find them before you pay.
5. Changes and cancellations. Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier penalties, which can reach 100% of the price close to departure. Supplier-initiated changes (itinerary, port, schedule, room category) are the supplier's responsibility; we will help you with the options available.
6. Travel documents. You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, birth certificates, minors' travel consents and any health requirements for every traveler. We give general guidance, but requirements depend on citizenship and change; confirm with the official government source before travel.
7. Travel insurance. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and evacuation. If you decline it, you accept the financial risk of cancellations and emergencies.
8. Accuracy of your information. Names must match the travel documents exactly. Errors in information you provide can result in change fees or denied boarding.
9. Limitation of liability. We act as an agent and are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses or damages caused by suppliers, weather, government actions or other events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy. We use your information to plan and book your trip as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
