FAQ

Direct answers about how Angeli Travel works — then a real advisor if you want to plan.

Who is Angeli Travel?

Angeli Travel is the travel brand operated by Angeli Travel LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We help families, couples and groups plan personalized vacations. We are not a booking website. You work with a real travel advisor on cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Disney and Universal Orlando trips, Caribbean getaways and Europe itineraries.

How does planning work?

You share dates, travelers and what matters. We compare options and send a short list. You choose. We handle the details. Nothing is reserved until you say yes.

Does using a travel advisor cost more?

We’ll confirm rates for your dates and explain what’s included before you book.

Why use a travel agent for a cruise?

A cruise is a set of choices: Florida port, ship, itinerary, cabin and who is sailing. A booking grid will show you inventory. An advisor at Angeli Travel starts with your people, then brings a short list — including tradeoffs that photos leave out — and stays available if something changes before you board.

What documents do I need for a cruise?

It depends on your itinerary and citizenship. Closed-loop cruises from Florida that visit some Caribbean ports may allow a U.S. birth certificate plus government photo ID for U.S. citizens; many other sailings need a passport. Non-U.S. citizens almost always need a passport, and sometimes a visa. We confirm the documents for your sailing before you travel — do not guess from a forum post.

Disney vs Universal Orlando: which is better?

Neither is better for every family. Walt Disney World is four parks and a slower, story-led rhythm. Universal Orlando (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe) is more thrill-forward and often fewer days. Some families want one destination. Others want a first Disney trip and a Universal day. We plan the mix around ages, energy and how many park days you actually have.

What is included in an all-inclusive resort?

Meals and drinks on the property are the usual core. The beach, the room category, kids’ clubs, airport transfers, spa and excursions are still choices. “All-inclusive” is not one product. We compare what is actually included for your dates and who is in the room.

Which Caribbean destination is best for families?

There is no single best island. From Florida, many families start with a Caribbean cruise or an all-inclusive in Cancún, the Riviera Maya or Punta Cana because the logistics are simpler. The right destination depends on flight time, whether you want a ship or a resort, and the ages in your group. Tell us that, and we compare from there.

Do you publish prices here?

No. Rates change with dates, cabins and rooms. An advisor confirms real numbers with suppliers for your trip.

Who is WorldVia Travel Network?

Angeli Travel is an independent affiliate of WorldVia Travel Network, a host travel agency. Bookings are made through WorldVia, which gives us its supplier relationships and registrations while you keep working with one advisor at Angeli Travel.

How do I pay?

Directly to the cruise line, resort or supplier, or through WorldVia Travel Network. We never accept cash or payments to personal accounts.

Do you work with travelers outside Florida?

Yes. We’re based in Florida and plan for travelers across the U.S. by WhatsApp, phone and email.

Should I buy travel insurance?

We recommend it for almost every trip — especially cruises, international travel, groups and date-fixed events. We’ll compare options with your booking.

I’m not a U.S. citizen. Can I cruise?

Often yes, with the right documents — usually your passport plus your green card. Read our guide Traveling with a green card or foreign passport, and check with an immigration attorney if your status is anything other than permanent resident.
