Disney & Universal
Theme parks, without the planning chaos.
Hotels, tickets, dining and the details that turn park days into a real vacation — planned around your family.
Tell us how you want to do the parks. We’ll help with the rest.
A theme park trip is more than tickets. The hotel, the park days, dining reservations and how you move between everything can make the week feel easy — or exhausting. We help you choose a plan that fits your family, your dates and your budget.
Hotels that fit
On-site, nearby or a quieter stay — compared around how you actually travel.
Park days that make sense
Which parks, how many days and whether Disney, Universal or both is the right mix.
Dining and details
Reservations, tickets and the small decisions that usually eat a Saturday afternoon.

Walt Disney World
Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom — with a hotel and park-day rhythm that actually fits your family. We help you decide how many days you need and what to skip.

Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe — plus whether an on-site hotel with Early Park Admission is worth it for your group. We compare before you book.
Universal Orlando vacation planning
Universal Orlando Resort has three theme parks (Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe) plus the Volcano Bay water park and CityWalk. A good Universal plan answers four questions before you buy anything:
- How many days? Two days cover Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure; add a third for Epic Universe. Families with small kids often prefer a rest day in between.
- Which ticket? To ride the Hogwarts Express between the two original parks you need a park-to-park ticket. We check which ticket fits your days before you pay.
- Where to stay? On-site hotels can include early park admission on select days, and some premium hotels include express access. Benefits change, so we confirm them for your dates.
- Disney too? Most families combine 3–4 Disney days with 2–3 Universal days. We plan the order so the busiest parks fall on the lightest crowd days.

Disney, Universal, or both?
Some families want one destination and more park time. Others want a first Disney trip and a Universal day. Tell us who is traveling, how many days you have and what everyone is most excited about. We’ll help you choose a plan that doesn’t feel rushed.
How many days do you need?
| Trip | Suggested plan |
|---|---|
| 4 days | 3 Disney parks + 1 rest/pool day — or 2 Universal + 2 Disney |
| 6 days | 4 Disney + 2 Universal (with Epic Universe on its own day) |
| 8+ days | Both resorts, a water park, and 1–2 rest days — or add a 3–4 night cruise from Port Canaveral |
Where to stay
Disney resort hotels: early park entry, Disney transportation, in the “bubble.” Value, Moderate and Deluxe levels.
Universal hotels: walking distance or shuttles to the parks; some Premier hotels include Express Pass on select days (confirm current benefits).
Off-site & vacation homes: more space for big families; you’ll want a car. We compare total cost including transport and parking, not just the nightly rate.
What we plan for you
Tickets and dated reservations · hotel choice · park-day order by crowd levels · dining reservations (character meals, signature dinners) · line-skipping options when worth it · airport transfers · combining with a cruise.
Celebrations at the parks
Birthdays, quinceañeras, family reunions and first visits with grandparents — we plan the special meal, the photo moments and the rest breaks.
